Lucky House in Saint Robert

Quite possibly the worst fried rice I've had in my life. Got sweet and sour chick and the chicken was just thrown into a to go box and bathed in sauce. So naturally when I get home to pull out my food, Sweet & Sour sauce is dripping everywhere.

Don't bother getting any Korean dishes here. Its not. I ordered pork bulgoggi. Basically I got the Stir fried pork with probably a full large sliced white onion. I am so mad. Is not spicy at all. I know it's a Chinese restaurant but they definitely should not call this pork bulgogi.

I arrived in the are about two weeks ago. Ordered beef with broccoli and kung pow chicken. Absolutely horrible. Portions are big but that doesn’t make up for the complete water down garbage I was served. Do your self a favor and do not eat or order from here unless you want to waste your money.

This so my go place for quick Asian cuisine. The hunan vegetable plate is fantastic! The building itself is dated but they do a pretty good job of keeping it clean the food more than makes up for this small ding.

I have ordered from this restaurant a lot in the last 5 years at least twice a week. I never had a problem with the food I ordered until last night when I got my order home and found that I ordered coconut shrimp and there was no coconut sauce on the shrimp. I called to complain and the lady that got on the phone was very rude and said if I wanted heavy sauce I needed to ask and I said I do not want heavy sauce just want the normal sauce. I tried to talk to her for several more minutes and kept explaining to her that there was no sauce. Finally I gave up and hung up. Not sure if I will go there anymore or not

Always on the dinner menu for the week. We have been going here for 3 years now. A little hard to get in and out

The Asian women in back cooking were SUPER POLITE. The white people up front were playin on their phones, no smiles, just pathetic. Food was AWESOME

I always call ahead for pick up and it’s ready when I get there. Sweet and sour chicken is the best I’ve ever had, I like to get my sauce on the side. We order from here almost once a week!

Well priced and well made Chinese takeout. I don’t understand those complaining about the prices! I always order the coconut shrimp with lo mein plus an order of crab rangoons and the total price is like 12$. Very kind people. Inside is always clean. They have a nice delivery service with a fair fee. The drive thru is pretty quick as well.

I love Lucky House. They are fast, great food and very good service. I have never had an issue with Luck House.

I went through the drive through and as you pull up there is a purse in the window with a note that says it’s for sell😐.... For the sweet and sour chicken they give the option of white meat or dark meat. The breading on it is not the traditional breading. It’s more like like a breaded chicken nugget. It was also quite tough. The sauce was very watery but tasted okay. The chicken wings had a great crunch but tasted a little off. I’m assuming it was from the lack of seasoning and also the oil it was fried in. The crab Rangoon was very good as well as the steamed rice. The plain fried rice tasted good but I didn’t care for the unseasoned fried chicken skin through out it. Overall the portion sizes are great as well as the rice and Rangoon but it’s kind of hard to mess up rice. The entrees were not good enough to eat so it was kinda waste of $17.

I was hesitant about ordering here because we read so many negative reviews about it but after a friend said she recommended it we decided to finally try it. Unlike the other Chinese delivery place here, lucky house let's you order online which we liked. Food arrived in a timely manner. Prices were fair. Everything was correct and hot and you get alot for the price. Everything was great! Not too oily. The shrimp were good and not mush. Crab rangoon was delicious. We will be ordering again.

This food is gross. I ordered the hunan combo and it's just a soupy mess of cabbage and carrots, the sauce has no identifiable flavor. It came with fried rice and the fried rice is literally soy sauce and rice. No egg or veggies or meat.

Pretty Bad. Place is pretty run down inside and nobody seems to want to mow or weed eat outside. You get a lot of food for the price; unfortunately that food is pretty bad. Chicken dishes are similar to popcorn chicken with some sauces poured over the top. I got get better better food by buying frozen Chinese food at Walmart and making it myself. Probably will not be coming back here.

If i could rate zero start on this place i would . We ordered food at 510 and didnt arrive till after 7. When we recieved our food almost an entire two hours later it was cold and absolutely disgusting. When i called about the food not having not more than maybe a 1/2 cup of sauce on the food we were told thats all they serve. I believe general/sweet and sour chicken is always mainly sauce. Also pur sides were cold. If we didnt bring the food back tonight then we only got $5 in credit for next vist. Also we were told that 510-7 is only 40 mijutes to an hour. The absolute worst people ever and horrible attitudes. These people dont care about their customers so why care about their buisness.

Ordered twice from here- both times the delivery wait time has been over an hour (I ordered at 6:29- it’s 7:54 and I am still waiting)- They promised it was on its way. Update- food is bland and it arrived at 8:01.

Way to over priced food is ok cost about the same as eating at ruby Tuesday or any other better place not order from here again plus charged my card two times so no thank you.

It was an abomination. Our order took two hours to get to us, was wrong, and cold. Extremely disappointing. Never ordering from this place again
